Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis to support OneStream and SAP ERP systems, driving planning, reporting, and analysis across the organization. The role emphasizes month-end close, forecasts, and long-range planning in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 5+ years of FP&A experience in a large multinational, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with SAP/OneStream/Tableau.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• Five or more years of experience with at least three years in financial planning.
• Large multinational organization experience preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• CPA or CMA desired.
• Proven efficiency by leveraging data from various systems (SAP, OneStream, MicroStrategy, Tableau).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A team with financial systems implementation and maintenance (OneStream, SAP).
• Provide month-end close reporting and analysis for SG&A and advertising expenses.
• Assist with monthly forecasts, annual budgets and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial impact and track performance against targets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in SAP GERP and coordinate with operations teams.
