Job summary

SteelPoint Capital Holdings is seeking an FP&A Lead to own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will build the 2027 budget, stand up KPI dashboards, and drive financial AI initiatives.

You will present insights to the CEO, President, and CFO and influence major decisions. You will collaborate with HR for headcount planning, work with multiple platforms, and define the platform's KPI set across real estate, lending, and services divisions.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in banking, corporate finance, FP&A or public accounting.
• Advanced Excel and/or AI modeling experience.
• Working knowledge of accrual accounting and financial statements; CPA or CFA progress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management reporting packages for CEO/President/CFO and leadership team with variance commentary.
• Own monthly and quarterly board/investor financial summaries and presentations.
• Turn close numbers into insight within three business days.
• Build and own the annual budget and rolling 12-month forecast.
• Develop KPI dashboards and data pipelines; lead adoption of AI tools.
