Array Labs seeks a first Finance hire to build and run the finance function. You will own the financial model linking contracts, programs, and operations to revenue, margin, and cash, reporting to the COO.

This hands-on IC role requires 7+ years in finance, including FP&A, with experience in a startup environment. You’ll establish budgeting processes, drive variance analysis, and support fundraising efforts.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in finance, including 3+ in FP&A, business-finance, or program-finance
• Experience building a finance function, model, or reporting system
• Comfortable operating without a defined playbook in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communicator capable of translating complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences

Responsabilidades

• Own the company financial model, linking contracts, pipeline, programs, production, headcount, procurement, capex, and opex into revenue, margin, cash, and runway
• Translate contracts and pipeline into revenue, billing, and cash schedules with clear definitions
• Build lightweight FP&A processes with reporting cadences and variance analysis
• Design budget guardrails to keep teams within plan and route new headcount and commitments for review
• Prepare financial materials for fundraising and investor relations
• Track actuals vs forecast and surface variances with recommendations
• Partner with CEO/COO on resource allocation and strategic decisions
• Serve as primary liaison to external accountants and own financial outputs
• Manage government contract invoicing
