Boston Legacy FC is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to build and own the club’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting framework. The role partners with the CFO and department leaders to translate plans into robust financial models and timely leadership updates.

You will create the planning cadence, establish reporting infrastructure, and drive business partnerships across ticketing, partnerships, marketing, community, sporting, and operations.

Formación

• 7+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting responsibilities.
• Experience building financial models, scenarios, and management reporting from scratch.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CFA/MBA a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own annual budgeting process end to end with timelines, templates, and executive review.
• Develop operating forecast with rolling reforecasts and long-range plans.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
• Partner with department heads to build plans and drive resource decisions.
• Model the financial impact of revenue initiatives, partnerships, and capex.
