Job summary

Boston Legacy FC is seeking a Sr. FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a growing professional women's soccer club. You will partner with the CFO, build planning cadences, and shape the club’s financial strategy across ticketing, partnerships, and operations.

You’ll oversee rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, and long-range planning, while presenting insights to executives and ownership. This is a hybrid on-site role across Boston and Brockton locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A ownership.
• Experience building models, forecasts, and reporting from scratch.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; connect drivers to P&L and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting process end to end with CFO partnership.
• Maintain operating forecast with rolling reforecasts and long-range planning.
• Produce monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership and board.
• Partner with department leaders to build plans and optimize resource decisions.
