Veracity Insurance Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Financial Analyst Intern - PT to support our FP&A team in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, and project-based analysis while providing hands-on exposure to corporate finance in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The Junior Financial Analyst will assist in data analysis, modeling, and reporting, collaborating cross-functionally to drive insights and improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or in progress).
• 0–2 years in finance, accounting, or analytics (internship acceptable).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and financial concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial data to support planning and forecasting activities
• Support financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Perform project‑based financial analysis, including ROI analysis, cost analysis, and performance tracking
• Analyze variances and identify trends across financial data and reporting outputs
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership review
• Support scenario modeling and strategic planning initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and profitability
• Maintain and update financial data, models, and reporting tools
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support business initiatives and data‑driven decision‑making
• Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
