Job summary

Mosaic Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented financial analyst to build and stress-test three-statement models, support budgeting and forecasting, and conduct valuation analyses for strategic initiatives. You will deliver executive-ready reports and dashboards, automate workflows in Excel and PowerPoint, and advise senior leadership based on robust data insights.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
• Up to 2–3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory/Valuation, Corporate Finance/FP&A, or Insurance/Financial Services.
• Advanced financial modeling skills: three-statement modeling, forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and DCF/ comps.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and stress-test complex three-statement and scenario-based financial models.
• Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast processes with driver-based assumptions.
• Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and variance analyses.
• Support valuation work and financial analysis for strategic projects (M&A, capital structure).
• Produce board-ready reporting packs and dashboards.
• Automate reporting workflows using Excel and PowerPoint; present to senior leadership.
