Mosaic Insurance is seeking a high-performing Analyst to build and maintain sophisticated financial models, conduct valuation and scenario analysis, and partner with finance leadership to inform senior-level decisions.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, board-ready reporting, and leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SQL. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of related experience in IB, corporate finance, or financial services, with a rigorous, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Up to 2–3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory/Valuation, Corporate Finance/FP&A, Insurance or Financial Services.
• Advanced financial modeling skills: three-statement modeling, forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, valuation techniques (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Ability to build, structure, and maintain complex models from scratch with precision and clarity.

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain, and stress-test three-statement and scenario-based financial models.
• Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast processes.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis, variance analysis vs. plan.
• Support valuation work and financial analysis for strategic projects (M&A, capital structure).
• Produce board and executive-ready reporting packs and dashboards.
• Automate reporting workflows using Excel and PowerPoint.
