Job summary
Univista Insurance is seeking an FP&A Specialist in Miami, FL to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management. You will partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate analyses, identify trends, and drive informed decisions.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient with financial data, models, and reporting tools. Growth opportunities include budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and strategic analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
- 2-5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, accounting or related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivots, lookups, and data analysis.
- Ability to explain financial information clearly to stakeholders across functions.
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting activities.
- Build and maintain financial models and forecasting tools.
- Prepare recurring financial reports and analyses for leadership.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and translate data into actionable insights.
