Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing bachelor’s/master’s in accounting or finance preferred.
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting processes is expected.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numbers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and KPI reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering data and updating assumptions.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to budgets/forecasts.
• Handle ad hoc analysis requests for operational decisions.
• Attend monthly accounting department meetings.
