Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, CS, data science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and large data sets.
• Curiosity about how businesses work.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communication and ability to turn analysis into insights.
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Experience with financial modeling, SQL, BI tools, or similar tooling is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes.
• Help prepare and maintain financial reports and analyses.
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts to identify drivers of variances.
• Work with financial and operational data to support decisions.
• Help organize and improve financial models and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to validate information.
• Assist with recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Improve how financial information is organized and communicated across the company.
