You will work on building scalable planning capabilities, developing models and dashboards, and supporting leadership with analytical insights in a growing U.S.-based finance organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial data analysis.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A processes development and standardization for PHC US.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Help with budgeting, forecasting, and input collection.
• Prepare and validate financial data and models.
• Create dashboards and templates for reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to finance leadership.
• Document FP&A workflows and suggest improvements.
