Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. in Burns Harbor, Indiana, is seeking a Summer FP&A Intern to help gather, prepare, analyze, and report monthly financial results, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets in a dynamic corporate environment.

You will work with the FP&A and accounting teams to generate product-line income statements, SG&A reviews, inventory summaries, variance analyses, and balance-sheet support, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time roles at a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in Accounting or Finance.
• Must have completed at least sophomore year of study by the summer of 2027.
• Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Help generate product line (detailed income statement).
• Assist in the SG&A review.
• Generate inventory summaries.
• Generate/assist in variance analysis.
• Assist in operational cost reviews.
• Prepare quarterly lower of cost or market analysis.
• Assist/prepare in Balance Sheet analysis.
• Help generate detailed scrap reporting monthly.
