Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive FP&A activities and partner with senior leaders. You will develop Power BI dashboards, model complex forecasts, and lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and 5+ years of financial analysis experience, with advanced Excel skills and strong data visualization capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance required.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, providing strategic recommendations.
• Support month-end close activities and drive process improvement initiatives.
