Job summary

J.Jill is seeking a Financial Analyst II to perform forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and reporting for the Finance organization. You will own complex processes and collaborate with department leaders focusing on Distribution Center, Sourcing, and overhead expense planning.

You will work with Accounting on month-end close, maintain financial models, and present insights to leadership. The role rewards analytical rigor and the ability to deliver timely, independent analyses.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to synthesize large quantities of data and identify trends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA/CPA a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasts with department leaders.
• Coordinate with Accounting to ensure proper expense coding and month-end close.
• Maintain and enhance financial models used for expense planning.
• Communicate results to leadership through clear summaries and presentations.
• Support ad hoc analyses and reporting automation to strengthen FP&A.
