Melaleuca: The Wellness Company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its corporate finance team in Idaho Falls. The role focuses on driving data-driven decisions through detailed financial analysis and profit-improvement initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Forecasting & Planning, and Accounting functions.

You will analyze new products, promotions, and initiatives, build expense plans, and provide actionable insights to leaders including the President and management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with strong academic performance.
• 3+ years as a financial analyst with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Strong financial knowledge and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA and SQL are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and accuracy.
• Willingness to relocate to Idaho Falls, ID with relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of new projects, products, and promotions across lines of business.
• Independently assess proposals for financial justification and impact.
• Develop annual expense plans and monitor monthly performance versus the plan.
• Provide metrics to non-financial managers to improve operations.
• Support leadership with data, insights, and presentations.
