Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategy or Data Analytics.
Exceptional academic performance.
Cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Excel skills.
Effective interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Perform responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
Basic understanding of financial statements, modeling, accounting principles, and key metrics.
Able to work in Idaho Falls, Idaho for ~90 days.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze key business indicators, driving improvements in revenue, profitability and achievement of objectives.
Develop key performance measurements for non-financial managers to track operational efficiency.
