Job summary

Melaleuca Inc. in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to join our on-site Finance team.

You will analyze new projects, products and promotions, support forecasting, and provide data-driven insights to help achieve sales and income objectives. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Forecasting & Planning, and Cost Accounting to compile data, develop forecasts, and present findings to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategy or Data Analytics
• Minimum GPA 3.75
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-motivation and accountability
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Internship experience in finance is a plus

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial analysis of all new projects, products and promotions related to assigned area of business operations
• Identifies, analyzes and reports key business indicators impacting growth and profitability
• Provides analytical and problem solving support for key managers
• Leads category team and other assigned area of business operations in the identification and implementation of profit improvement projects
• Develops annual financial forecasts, analyzes performance and trends, and communicates results to management
• Develops key company performance measurements for non-financial managers to better understand, track and improve their operations efficiency
• Completes special projects as assigned
