Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to support assigned business units with budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and financial analysis.

You will partner with VPs and leadership to deliver timely financial information that informs operational decisions in a medical supply and DME environment. The role entails preparing reports, supporting annual budgeting and forecasting, and conducting variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities in performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or related analytical background.
• Power BI reporting and dashboard analysis preferred; Oracle ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for operational and finance leadership.
• Supports annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned business units.
• Performs variance analysis comparing actual results to budget, forecast, prior year, and management expectations.
