StaffXpert LLC is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Representative for a remote role. The position supports budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to deliver insights for strategic planning.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, prepare reports and dashboards, perform variance analysis, and help optimize planning tools and processes while ensuring data accuracy. The ideal candidate has 3+ years FP&A experience and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• At least 3 years FP&A, corporate finance, or related finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and planning models.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
• Support modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting activities.
• Review contracts and PO documents to inform budgeting.
• Drive improvements to planning tools and processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
