Elior North America is seeking a Finance Manager for Dining & Events in Houston. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Dining & Events segment, partnering with operations to optimize pricing, costs, and profitability.

You will develop dashboards with Power BI to monitor revenue and margins and support month-end close with data integrity. The role requires strong FP&A experience, advanced Excel, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, finance, or operational finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling abilities.
• Proven ability to partner with operations and non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Dining & Events.
• Monitor performance against targets; identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Partner with operations leaders on pricing, costs, and decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) tracking revenue, labor, costs.
