Knutson Construction seeks a Finance Manager, FP&A to lead the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and analytics. The role requires deep technical finance skills, hands-on model building, and collaboration with the CFO and leadership to drive growth.

You will design scalable FP&A processes, automate analytics, and provide actionable insights across revenue, costs, and headcount. This position anchors financial rigor in a fast-moving, private-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with hands-on FP&A responsibility.
• Demonstrated success building financial models, forecasts, and planning processes.
• Direct experience using AI tools to support forecasting and analysis.
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills; experience with BI platforms or data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design and own FP&A infrastructure including budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Build driver-based, scalable financial models for growth and strategy.
• Create disciplined forecasting rhythms for a high-growth private company.
• Deliver clear financial narratives for executive leadership and board reporting.
• Apply AI and automation to improve forecast accuracy and speed.
