The role requires extensive experience in global pharma finance, strategic advisory to the CEO and Board, and oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and risk management in a hybrid work environment with up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• MBA or CPA license in good standing.
• 20+ years of diverse finance and accounting experience, including 5+ years at VP level, in a large, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with the Board of Directors and provides financial reporting to the Audit Committee.
• Ensures IFRS-compliant financial reporting with strong internal controls.
• Oversees financial operations for multiple entities including payroll, planning, and consolidation.
• Drives long-term financial growth by optimizing costs, managing risk, and enabling investments.
• Leads a finance organization of roughly 75 FTEs across FP&A, Finance Operations, Controllership, Sourcing, and Alliance Management.
