Job summary

Quisitive is seeking a Financial Analyst - FP&A / Modeling to join its Business Solutions consulting practice. This remote US-based role targets early-career finance professionals eager to implement EPM solutions for diverse industries.

You will work with experienced consultants to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting using modern technology. You’ll learn Board EPM, support design and configuration, and contribute to financial modeling, planning applications, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in FP&A or modeling.
• Experience with budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Strong Excel skills including financial modeling and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of data structures and multidimensional data concepts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become proficient in the Board EPM platform.
• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of EPM solutions.
• Assist with solution architecture, planning, and requirements gathering activities.
• Partner with senior consultants on client engagements, workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial models, planning applications, and reporting solutions.
• Support project planning, coordination, and delivery activities; create training materials.
