Job summary

Rello Search Partners is seeking a high-impact FP&A leader for a private equity-backed manufacturing company in Southwest Florida. This role reports to the CFO and owns FP&A, partnering with operations and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has progressive FP&A experience, strong budgeting/forecasting, and a hands-on approach to ownership of the function. On-site in SW Florida with clear visibility to the CFO and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in private equity-backed organizations.
• Demonstrated career progression and tenure.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience developing and tracking operational and financial KPIs.
• Ability to translate financial results into actionable insights.
• Hands-on with Excel and PowerPoint; able to craft management presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial models to support decisions and growth initiatives.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with manufacturing and operational leadership.
• Develop management and private equity reporting packages.
• Support cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and capital investment decisions.
• Provide financial analysis for strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and integration.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, reporting, and visibility across the organization.
• Provide actionable financial insight to the CFO and leadership team.
• Serve as a trusted financial partner and right hand to the CFO.
