Meta in Menlo Park seeks a Director of Finance Infrastructure (FP&A) to lead financial planning for data centers, server hardware, and network capacity. You will partner with Finance and Infrastructure leadership to drive budgeting, invest decisions, and executive-level planning for a business with substantial capital and operating expenditures.

The role requires balancing detailed analysis with speed, shaping decisions that support Meta’s AI infrastructure used by billions of users.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a finance leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in infrastructure finance or cloud finance.
• Experience building detailed financial models and assessing risks/sensitivities in capital allocation decisions.
• Proven ability to negotiate financially optimal outcomes while maintaining executive relationships.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A within a portion of Infrastructure (e.g., Data Center, Server, or Network Engineering).
• Own financial modeling, analysis, and planning for budgeting and strategic decisions.
• Serve as the finance budget and P&L owner for one area with double-digit billions in capex/opex.
• Co-author executive presentations for senior leaders including CFO/CEO/Board.
• Build partnerships across Finance and Infrastructure leadership.
• Develop analyses informing capital and operating investment decisions (ROI).
• Provide analytics to improve infrastructure resource allocation and spend visibility.
• Define scalable modeling, financial, and resource allocation processes.
