Job summary

Intuitive seeks a Finance Data Product Analyst to own FP&A analytics requirements from intake through engineering handoff. You will document, validate, and translate business needs for GLTD, Revenue, CapEx, and HC portfolios, ensuring clear specs and minimal rework.

You will coordinate between onsite and offshore teams, perform data validation, and support AI-augmented analytics initiatives by turning business needs into actionable data requirements.

Qualifications

• Gather, clarify, document, and prioritize FP&A requirements from stakeholders across GLTD, Revenue, CapEx, and HC portfolios.
• Translate business requirements into structured technical specs and data model requirements for handoff to engineering.
• Own the requirements-to-engineering handoff process and ensure specs are complete and validated to reduce rework.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A analytics requirements intake and prioritize business needs from Finance stakeholders across portfolios.
• Translate requirements into structured data specs for handoff to on-site senior analyst and engineering team.
• Manage requirements backlogs and ensure timely handoff between onsite and offshore teams.
