Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in BI analysis, data product analysis, or finance analytics support roles.
• Strong FP&A concepts including GL, revenue recognition, CapEx, headcount reporting.
• SQL proficiency for data investigation and validation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specs.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data platforms from an analyst perspective.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for report validation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as FP&A analytics support resource across core domains.
• Gather, clarify, document, and prioritize business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into structured data model specs for handoff.
• Own requirements-to-engineering handoff process to minimize rework.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and UAT support.
• Debug data in EDW models and document root causes.
• Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams and manage backlogs.
• Maintain documentation: BRDs, data dictionaries, test cases, guides.
