Job summary

ESS is seeking a senior FP&A leader to drive enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and budgeting. You will partner with the CFO and business leaders to optimize Workday Adaptive Planning and deliver actionable insights across the organization.

You will lead a team of FP&A professionals, build robust models, dashboards, and KPI reporting while guiding strategic financial decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years FP&A experience with 5+ years leading enterprise-wide planning.
• Proven ability to build/highly effective FP&A teams and develop leaders.
• Expert Workday Adaptive Planning knowledge with implementation/optimization success.
• Advanced Excel, modeling, forecasting, budgeting, dashboards, KPI reporting.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau and ERP/BI tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning aligned with strategic objectives.
• Direct FP&A team development, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver monthly forecasts and explain drivers and risks to leadership.
• Model acquisitions and investments; evaluate growth opportunities.
• Own Workday Adaptive Planning and build budgeting/workforce planning models.
• Collaborate across Finance, HR, Ops, Sales, IT to improve forecasts.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI reporting for CEO/CFO/Board.
• Drive automation and analytics to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.
• Translate financial data into actionable business strategy.
