Job summary

Ctsworld is seeking a Business Performance Manager to drive and lead RTN’s Business Performance framework. You will be part of the global Business Development and Technology team, closely working with RTN leadership during a crucial strategic transformation.

This role involves managing financial accounting, planning, and forecasting as well as developing analytical capabilities and ensuring successful execution across different geographical offices.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field.
• Experience in managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive experience within finance departments managing business performance / FP&A related activities.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process.
