About The Role

As an FP&A Business Partner at Acast, you will be an integral part of the finance team, providing financial insights to support strategic decisions. Your responsibilities include data analysis, opportunity identification, and managing budgeting and forecasting processes. You will work with various business units to meet budgetary and profitability goals. This role requires a proactive, self-driven candidate with growth potential, located in New York or nearby, with at least three days a week in our Manhattan office.

Employment Type: Full-time, Salaried

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 annually

What You’ll Do

1. Serve as a financial partner to stakeholders and P&L owners, providing insights for decision-making.
2. Deliver financial analysis, insights, and reporting to support internal decisions.
3. Lead budgeting and forecasting for designated areas, aligning with financial goals.
4. Work with managers to achieve budget and profitability targets.
5. Support the monthly financial closing process, ensuring accuracy of statements.
6. Analyze P&L statements and KPIs to evaluate financial performance.
7. Prepare detailed financial reports with actionable insights.
8. Calculate sales commissions and seek opportunities for optimization.
9. Participate in financial projects, recommending process improvements.

Who You Are

• Extensive experience in an international environment as a Business Controller, Business Analyst, or in FP&A.
• Relevant degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel, with strong analytical skills and understanding of business operations. Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
• Experience in media, advertising, or technology sectors is advantageous.
