Job summary

A Global Bank is seeking an experienced FP&A Associate to support executive decision-making in New York. You will prepare recurring financial reports and presentations for senior management, analyze revenue, expenses, and operating metrics, and compare results to budgets and forecasts.

Collaborating with finance and business teams, you will ensure accurate data, support expense allocations, and look for automation opportunities to improve reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business; CPA or CFA preferred.
• 3+ years of financial planning, analysis, or management reporting experience within financial services.
• Experience with large data sets, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills; experience with financial reporting systems preferred.
• SQL, Python, or reporting automation experience is a plus.
