Job summary

Elekta is seeking an Associate Business Controller to support FP&A across the Americas. You will coordinate budgeting, forecasting and monthly planning, consolidate plans and provide meaningful financial insights to drive performance.

You will collaborate with FP&A Partners and stakeholders, maintain reporting processes, and help standardize finance definitions and planning structures in a dynamic, global medtech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 6–10 years of FP&A, business controlling or similar finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and variance analysis.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with high accuracy.
• Strong Excel and experience with large data sets and financial models.
• Experience with ERP systems, planning tools and BI solutions.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik, Power Query or similar tools is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly planning across the Americas region.
• Maintain planning calendars, templates, and process documentation.
• Collect and validate forecast, budget, headcount and expense submissions.
• Consolidate financial plans, forecasts, and actual results across functions and markets.
• Maintain planning models and data structures with focus on data integrity.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages including variance analysis.
• Provide analytical support for business cases and ad hoc requests.
• Ensure controls, governance and documentation across FP&A processes.
