Job summary

Riveron is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive performance improvement for clients through advanced modeling, planning, and analytics. You will lead financial analyses, develop drive-based three-statement models, and implement planning technologies.

You will collaborate with clients and teams, deliver insightful dashboards, and support interim FP&A leadership across projects. Extensive travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably a mix of consulting/investment banking roles and corporate FP&A roles.
• Mastery of financial modeling, including driver-based 3-statement models and 13-week cash forecast models.
• Experience with FP&A technologies and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong accounting/finance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute project plans and deliver FP&A solutions across domains.
• Deliver end-to-end performance visibility with KPI/metric selection, data back-end, and dashboards.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, planning technologies, and long-range models.
• Provide interim FP&A leadership and 13-week cash flow/ROI analysis.
