Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Senior FP&A/Performance Improvement Consultant to help public and private organizations optimize earnings and cash flow. You will lead end-to-end reporting, KPI development, and dashboards, while shaping forecasting and budgeting processes for clients.

You will partner with clients across Finance Transformation, Planning & Analysis, and Operations, delivering interim FP&A leadership and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting/advisory, FP&A or operations
• Knowledge of analytics platforms and data visualization tools
• Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python or other coding languages
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
• Experience analyzing operational processes and performance metrics for improvements
• Experience with ERP systems: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Mastery of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel & PowerPoint
• Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships
• Willingness to travel as required based on client location

• Execute project plans and deliver FP&A solutions
• Deliver end-to-end reporting solutions including KPI selection, data back-end, and visualization dashboards
• Assist clients with forecasting and budgeting processes and planning tech
• Provide interim FP&A leadership and decision-support models
