Job summary

Carrier, a global leader in climate and energy solutions, is seeking an Associate Director of FP&A for the North America Residential Solutions HVAC business. The role balances leadership with hands-on financial analysis to drive budgeting, forecasting, and planning for a $6B+ business, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A experience in multi-site manufacturing or HVAC.
• 5+ years partnering with Supply Chain, Operations, and Product Management.
• 5+ years of US GAAP and budgeting/forecasting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities for the $6B+ North America HVAC unit.
• Own budgeting, monthly forecasting, and close processes.
• Develop long-range plans and financial models for A/R, inventory, and P&L.
• Present analyses and insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) teams.
