Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Summer Intern in Finance - Analytics & Reporting to develop operational finance metrics and dashboards. You will analyze data from SAP, Power BI, and OneStream, identify KPIs, and build an Operations Finance Dashboard for leadership review.

The program runs 10–12 weeks (May–August 2027). You will collaborate with teams, gain exposure to Hubbell's infrastructure business, and present a final project to local management at the end of the internship.

Qualifications

Full-time enrollment in a college or university during May–August 2027.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop operational finance metrics and dashboards for business leaders.
Analyze financial and operational data from systems such as SAP, Power BI, and OneStream.
Identify key performance metrics and design an Operations Finance Dashboard.
Collaborate with leadership to refine, finalize, and transition the reporting solution.
Present findings and deliver a final handover to local management.
