Job summary

TBO Bank is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to support forecasting, pro forma analyses, and data-driven decision-making. The role emphasizes SQL proficiency, data trend interpretation, and collaboration with finance, risk, and treasury teams.

The position requires 2–5 years of financial analysis experience in banking, with strong analytical skills and familiarity with NIM, CECL, and loan portfolio modeling. A Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or planning in banking/financial services
• Strong SQL proficiency; experience with Python/Tableau/Power BI is a plus
• Familiarity with banking metrics such as NIM, loan loss provisions, and CECL

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models for income, expenses, and balance sheet.
• Model loan portfolio performance, interest rate scenarios, and capital adequacy metrics.
• Analyze key financial drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Review external partnership models for accuracy.
• Provide detailed profitability, efficiency, and productivity analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on financial impact of initiatives and new products.
• Ensure forecasts comply with banking regulations including stress testing.
• Support regulatory reporting with accurate financial data.
• Prepare and present dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with finance, risk, and treasury to align planning.
• Use SQL to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate on budgeting for divisions and bank-wide.
