Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Financial Analyst to support analytics and reporting across business lines and regions. You will assist in close processes, analyze performance against forecasts, and prepare metrics and scorecards.

The role emphasizes accuracy and collaboration with guidance to less experienced team members. A Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or business and 3–5 years FP&A experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred, experience in financial planning and analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of financial analytics and reporting for assigned lines of business, corporate function, or region.
• Perform analyses to support end-to-end Finance processes including period close and performance variance analysis.
• Compile short- and long-range forecasts using various inputs and assumptions.
• Provide trend analyses on financial data and operating performance and summarize findings.
