Job summary

TBO Bank is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. You will build robust pro forma analyses, model loan portfolios, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve financial performance.

This role requires strong SQL skills, the ability to interpret complex data trends, and collaboration with finance, risk, and treasury teams. Prior banking experience and knowledge of CECL are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A, preferably in banking.
• Strong SQL and data extraction/analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with CECL and banking metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models to project income, expenses, and balance sheet performance.
• Model loan portfolio performance, interest rate scenarios, and capital adequacy metrics.
• Analyze financial drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and the board.
