T. Rowe Price is seeking an Analyst for FP&A in Owings Mills, MD. The role supports GIO, GCAS, and Security and focuses on financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

You will partner with business stakeholders to provide insights that drive decisions and help shape budgeting and long-range planning. The position offers a hybrid schedule with some work-from-home flexibility, and a robust benefits package including retirement and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A or related area.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Ability to automate Excel-based processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Power BI, or similar data tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GCAS, GIO, and Security stakeholders to deliver financial insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate drivers.
• Assist month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Develop materials for business reviews and strategic planning.
• Support advanced financial modeling and business cases.
