The role leads budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analyses while coaching analysts and driving finance automation across the function. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Experience in complex, driver-based financial modeling and scalable models.
• Experience in asset management, investment management, or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Accounting and business partners on results, budgets, and forecast activities and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and dashboards.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Investments, aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Perform in-depth analysis of business unit financials and products to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; present P&L with AUM and revenue components.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and track post-implementation outcomes; conduct scenario analyses to guide resource allocation.
• Coach and develop analysts to raise performance, automate processes, and strengthen data integrity.
