Job summary

T. Rowe Price in Maryland is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Data Enablement Team within the CFO organization to make data accessible, trusted, and actionable for business users.

You will contribute to the CFO data strategy by helping develop strategic data sets, improving access to data for self‑service use, and supporting scalable analytics and reporting solutions across business and technology partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Experience in data analytics, BI, data enablement, data management.
• Experience translating business needs into data solutions or analytics.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Supports CFO data strategy and expands data enablement beyond simple visualization.
• Develops and maintains strategic data sets for trusted, usable data.
• Enables self-service data access through scalable workflows and delivery models.
• Prepares visualizations and communicates results to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Translates business needs into scalable data solutions aligned with governance policies.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements, use cases, and business cases.
• Performs advanced analytical work and identifies opportunities to improve analytics capabilities.
• Stays current with AI and emerging analytics technologies to enhance efficiency.
