Vaco seeks a Financial Analyst in Indianapolis to support senior management with strategic analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. You will build financial models, prepare reports and dashboards, and collaborate with business units to drive planning and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years minimum experience in FP&A or a similar role.
• Master's degree or CFA/CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, including variance, profitability, and trend analysis.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting and monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources for reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business units to understand financial needs and support strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis efficiency.
• Perform special projects and ad hoc analyses as required.
