Job summary

Blue Cross NC, in collaboration with CuraCor Solutions, seeks a finance professional for the Financial Monitoring & Analysis (FMA) team to drive financial optimization across portfolio companies. You will build an understanding of performance drivers and deliver clear analyses, reporting, and forecasts to support leadership decisions.

This role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, budgeting and forecasting, and turning data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, or financial analysis in a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with non‑finance partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting with accuracy and clarity.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, summarizing insights for leadership.
• Carry out ad hoc analyses and model profitability, scenario planning, and business cases.
• Support budgeting, planning, and reforecasting with portfolio-level insights.
• Collaborate with CuraCor and Blue Cross NC Finance to ensure timely updates.
• Improve reporting templates and financial models for efficiency and controls.
• Ensure outputs are accurate and well‑documented for leadership trust.
