Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years in financial analysis, financial reporting, or FP&A in a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with non-finance partners.
• Highly organized with ability to manage recurring monthly deadlines.
• Eager to work across teams and build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze results vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods; summarize variances for leadership.
• Build ad hoc analyses and models for what-if scenarios and business cases.
• Support annual budgeting, planning, and reforecasting processes.
• Collaborate with CuraCor and Blue Cross NC Finance partners on timelines and close.
• Maintain and improve reporting templates and financial models.
