Job summary

BMG Money is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial health through data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting across consumer loan operations.

You will maintain financial models, run variance analyses, and prepare management-ready dashboards for the finance leadership team, reporting to the Director of FP&A. This role combines hands-on analysis with strategic insight in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• MBA/MS highly preferred.
• 4–7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 2–3 years in valuation and/or modeling required.
• Experience in valuation, IB, transaction advisory, or private equity is required.

Responsibilities

• Support budgets, forecasting cycles and planning.
• Maintain financial models and variance analyses.
• Prepare monthly dashboards and management slide decks.
• Track loan portfolio data and KPIs.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate reporting.
