Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the U.S. Scripted FP&A team in Culver City, delivering end-to-end planning and strategic analysis for multiple scripted series.

You will forecast, model, and present financials to business affairs and creative teams, supporting SOX controls and IFRS reporting. The role requires 1–2 years FP&A or analytics experience, Excel and financial modeling skills, and a passion for entertainment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in finance, accounting or analytical field required.
• Self-motivated and highly curious.
• Strong passion for the entertainment industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 1–2 years FP&A or business analytics experience; entertainment/finance/consulting/public accounting preferred.
• Strong quantitative skills and Excel/financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning for multiple scripted series (P&L and cash).
• Identify financial risks and opportunities for forecasting and strategy.
• Support analysis for Business Affairs and Creative teams with deal modeling.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Creative teams to drive value.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial presentations for management.
• Build and maintain series Ultimate models per IFRS and SOX controls.
