Job summary

KKR, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional for the K-Star team. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to drive strategic decisions and growth across real estate credit platforms.

You will develop analytical models, partner with Securities, Direct Lending and Asset-Backed teams, and ensure timely financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel and reporting skills are essential, with S4Hana knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business (MBA/CPA preferred).
• Minimum 4 years in a similar role within a multinational financial services organization with real estate exposure preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to create and enhance models and tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; S4Hana preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget and oversee periodic financial forecasting for standalone entity.
• Drive cross-functional process improvements aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the operating model of K-Star supporting long-range planning and growth.
• Create models to analyze KPIs across K-Star business lines.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support revenue servicing fee calculations and reporting across teams and systems.
• Collaborate with European finance to report revenue and align with KPI standards.
