Job summary

KKR's Dallas-based K-Star Finance and Accounting team seeks a skilled finance professional to drive budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the stand-alone entity. You will design analytical frameworks, build financial models, and partner with Securities, Direct Lending, and Asset-Backed Finance teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred), 4+ years of multinational experience, and strong Excel and storytelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a multinational financial services firm.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget and oversee financial forecasting for the stand-alone entity.
• Improve cross-functional processes aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Develop models to analyze KPIs across K-Star business lines.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Securities and Direct Lending to support revenue reconciliation.
